Jeff Campbell – Owner/Inspector

Jeff grew up in Pittston and went to school for Architectural Engineering and works many years as a designer/draftsman for various home builders. Jeff’s experience in the design office is complemented by actual construction experience from masonry while in college to building his own home in 1989 to various additions and rehabs. Continuous training and staying on top of the latest construction methods and innovations adds to a great service to his clients. Jeff enjoys sports, watching and participating and currently has the privilege to coach his grandchildren. Jeff has been married to wife Kathleen for over 30 years, having two children Krysty and Jeremy. They welcomed our first granddaughter Kallie in 2009, our second and her baby sister Haylee joined us in 2011, with a third grandbaby Jacob in 2013.

Jeremy Campbell – Assistant Inspector

Jeff’s son Jeremy joined him while still in high school, simply as an assistant carrying tools, ladders and fetching equipment. Years later Jeremy has grown into a competent assistant inspector. Over the years he has increased his knowledge and grown into a vital cog in the Campbell Property Inspection machine. Jeremy specializes in inspecting the electrical, doors and windows, water testing and setting up ladders while Jeff is busy with other parts of the home and conveying information to the client. Jeremy loves art and music. He has studied both Art and Music at the University of Maine at Augusta.
